Reef Property came to me as a recommendation from one of my colleagues about 3 years ago. Over that period of time they have increased their work portfolio with me from that recommendation to now currently servicing over 23 of the properties that I manage.
The largest property that I manage is Parkside Village at Miranda which has approximately 200 lots and Reef Property look after the common property maintenance. Reef Property have gradually improved the appearance of the property in the last six months and the comments that I recieve from the owners there are always positive.

Late last year our EC decided to employ Reef Property Service, this was the best decision we made.
Our property is an older complex with over 178 lots, both Liam, Sean and their team have made our complex look better than ever and are always available and have great input into improvements. They are currently responsible for cleaning all our common areas both inside and outside and for our gardens and lawns.
I have regular emails and comments from owners and tenants saying "Thank you, look how clean and great the place is looking now!"
